Trenzif Correction Policy

Accuracy matters to Trenzif. If we publish a factual error, we want to know about it and correct it.

How to report an error

Please use our Contact page and include:

  • The link to the article or social media post.
  • The statement you believe is incorrect.
  • The correct information and, if available, a reliable source that supports it.

You may also contact us if an image, caption, headline, or social media post gives a misleading impression.

What happens next

Our team reviews the concern against the available evidence. We may contact the person who submitted it or seek further information from relevant sources before making a decision.

If we confirm a material factual error, we will correct the content and add a visible note explaining what changed. If new facts emerge after publication, we may update a story and identify a substantial update. Minor changes that do not alter the meaning, such as spelling or formatting fixes, may be made without a correction note.

If a story’s central claim cannot be supported and a correction would not adequately resolve the problem, we may retract it and explain why.

A disagreement with an opinion or editorial judgment is not, by itself, a factual error. We will still consider concerns about inaccurate facts within an opinion piece.
