Family Robbed at Gunpoint in North Karachi, Suspects Escape After Snatching Valuables

A family was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in North Karachi near Power House Chowrangi, Sector A-11, close to Mehroos Beauty Parlour and within the limits of Surjani Police Station.

According to reports, armed robbers stopped the family, threatened them with weapons, and took away their mobile phones and wallet before fleeing the scene. The suspects reportedly escaped without being caught.

The incident has raised fresh concerns about public safety in the area, as residents say citizens, including families, are increasingly vulnerable to street crime even during the daytime and evening hours.

Following the incident, calls have been made to IG Sindh and SSP Central to increase police patrolling in the Surjani Police Station area and take immediate action to arrest those responsible. Residents have also urged authorities to strengthen security measures to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.
